Emotional distress and psychological injury claims often turn on difficult questions: What is the diagnosis? What caused it? What existed before the alleged event? What does the future prognosis look like?
Dr. Weiss reviews the relevant medical evidence, evaluates the psychiatric issues, and communicates her opinions in language attorneys, judges, and juries can understand.

Clear, thorough written opinions supported by psychiatric evaluation, medical records, and a consistent clinical methodology.
Prepared, composed testimony that communicates complex psychiatric findings with clarity and professionalism.
A psychiatric expert should follow the medical evidence—not simply the position of the retaining party. Dr. Weiss provides neutral, evidence-based analysis. When findings support a position, she explains why. When the evidence raises concerns, counsel can identify them earlier in the case.
Opinions grounded in the psychiatric and medical evidence.
Decades of work supporting both sides of civil litigation.
